MVP Structure
0) Idea
Have a dumping ground for your ideas. you want to be able to Validate the ideas as quickly as possible with quick and cheap validations on your ideas
1) Product Scope
The Product Scope is an intensive process that involves getting to know the product vision from the client/company perspective. During this time, you’ll be able to connect with experts and stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of the product’s business potential. We will then create a list of user stories to help you build the ideal Minimum Viable Product.
2) Design Brief
The Product Scope is then used to create a design brief to help the team members visualize the product’s potential. It will also contain the necessary features and stakeholder analysis. This is usually a low-fidelity prototype.
A low-fidelity prototype is a quick and easy way to translate high-level design concepts into tangible and testable artefacts. The first and most crucial role of lo-fi prototypes is to check and test functionality rather than the product’s visual appearance.
3) Key Screens
Before you start working on the product, we will create the most important screens that will help the team members visualize the product’s potential in more detail, see the potential look and feel of the final product, and most importantly, provide value to the client quickly!
4) Development
Instead of waiting until after the app has been fully designed and approved, the development phase can start on the most important screens. During this phase, the team members will be able to test the app’s modules early, instead of a big bang approach.
Getting something In front of a client sooner can bring in revenue instead of waiting to have developed everything
5) Test & Go
After the a module has been fully developed, the team members will be able to test the app’s modules. During this phase, we will constantly monitor the development process to ensure that the app is ready to market.
Doing this per module instead of the entire application means that you can release it to market and get value to customers and potential revenue sooner!
6) Repeat
Repeat, repeat, repeat!!!!
7) Marketing / Sales
Make sure people know what you sell and how to find/buy from you.
8) Systemize it
What can you do to automate or systemize your offering? What can you automate to free up time/resources, and what can you track?
9) Growth
What are the next steps to grow your MVP to a full product? How can you grow your idea & strategy?
