In the section ‘Running hypothesis-driven experiments‘, 7 steps were mentioned to create an MVP experiment:
- Problem-solution ideation
- Identify assumptions
- Find the riskiest assumptions
- Build testable hypotheses
- Establish minimum criteria for success
- Pick testing strategy and tools
- Execute, iterate, evaluate
Create a .pdf file outlining your ideas on the first 6 steps (Executing, iterating and evaluating would happen over the course of a project) to help solve LotsOfStuff’s sales data mart problem. You may use any software you like (e.g. PowerPoint, Word etc.) and you should keep your answers as clear and concise as possible.
Assume that your audience is your whole team including: a client product owner from LotsOfStuff, a business analyst and a data scientist.
